Fear Arises When We Imagine Everything Depends On Us
More often than not, our fear is not an object that we are afraid of, but more so the reality that we are giving up our control over any situation.
But our faith in God is positioned in such a way that it removes us from fear based on the principle that we have no control and that He has absolute control. Therefore, as our faith builds, our fears subside understanding that He knows what’s best. We are able, then, to take each day at a time, fully trusting, fully confident that He will do great things.
We can rest, not in our control, because we know that He holds all things together. We have no need to struggle with fear because He has promised to be faithful. Today is His, just as tomorrow will be. Set aside your fear and take comfort in His plan.
