COVID-19 + Holiday Shipping Updates

At Crew + Co, we use USPS for all shipping in order to provide our customers with the most affordable shipping rates. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the USPS is experiencing delays in delivery times. USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.
We have sped up our turnaround time due to these current delays in order to try and have your package in your hands as quickly as possible. After speaking to the USPS, we have learned that many packages that are not being scanned to update tracking, even though the mail is still moving within the system.
Please know that we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible and be aware of these changes. If you need your order in-hand by a certain date, it would be best to select Priority Mail Shipping at checkout.
If your tracking number is showing no movement in two weeks time from the last time it was scanned, please send us an email to with your name and order number. We can file a claim with USPS and get a replacement sent out to you.
